CHAPTER 1

In the irst chapter of "Snakeman", a girl (Cathy) is on the first day at the Portland High. She is a new girl and she knows what mostly happens to new people, they became outsiders. But Cathy don't want to be an outsiders, because she likes other people and being part of a group. She has a good feeing, that she will find new friends very quickly, because she told her teacher all the good things about her, and teacher is going to tell the class all the good things about her, and if someone asks her something, she tries to answer it in a positive answer. After the bell rang all the people ran out of the class, but a boy came to her, his name was Jamie and he was a writer for the scool newspaper. He asked her if she could answer some questions during lunch. She said yes and when he made the interview with her, he asked what her hobbies are, she said that it's reading and riding. Jamie said that he likes reading too, so he asked her which books she enjoyed realy well. After the interview was over, Jamie asked her, if she would like to work for the school newspaper, and she said, that she would think about it.

CHAPTER 2: Diarylog

Dear Diary:

My first day at the Portland High was ok. It started fine, a boy, Jamie, asked me for an intreview for the school newspaper, so we made an intrewiew and I think that I love hime a little bit. But after brake, I was getting my stuff out of the locker, three big boys have surrounded me and said that I'm in the "club". I don't know what they mean with club, but they said that I'm checking the money. They said that everyone has to pay 5 dollars a week, I don't know why but he hurted me sometimes with his arms. He said that the only things I have to do are: to respect him and to cooperate. I wanted to hurt hi with my knee, but he had a cup, so I just hurted myself. He said, if I would not do what I have to do, something hapen to my brother Mike, I asked him how he knew about my brother, but he said that e has some "connections", and he knows, when I would tell someone something. I don't know what I made wrong, that something like that happens to me, but it happenned. I must wait, do my job, and see what happens in the future.
