CHAPTER 1

In the first chapter of "Snakeman", a girl (Cathy) is on her first day at the Portland High. She is a new girl and she knows what mostly happens to new people, they became outsiders. But Cathy doesn’t want to be an outsider, because she likes other people and being part of a group. She has a good feeling, that she will find new friends very quickly, because she told her teacher all the good things about her, and the teacher is going to tell the class; all the good things about her, and if someone asks her something, she tries to answer it in a positive way. After the bell rang all the people ran out of the class, but a boy came to her, his name was Jamie and he was a writer for the school newspaper. He asked her, if she could answer some questions during lunch. She said yes and when he made the interview with her, he asked, what her hobbies are. She said that it's reading and riding. Jamie said that he likes reading too, so he asked her which books she enjoyed really well. After the interview was over, Jamie asked her, if she would like to work for the school newspaper, and she said, that she would think about it. about it.

CHAPTER 2: Diarylog

Dear Diary:

My first day at the Portland High was ok. It started fine, a boy, Jamie, asked me for an interview for the school newspaper, so we made an interview and I think that I love him a little bit. But after brake, I was getting my stuff out of the locker, three big boys have surrounded me and said that I'm in the "club". I didn’t knew what they mean with club, but they said that I check the money. They said that everyone has to pay 5 dollars a week, I didn’t knew why, but he hurt me sometimes with his arms. He said that the only things I have to do are: to respect him and to cooperate. I wanted to hurt him with my knee, but he had a cup, so I just hurt myself. He said, if I would not do, what I have to do, something happen to my brother Mike. I asked him how he knew about my brother, but he said that he has some "connections", and he knew, when I would tell someone something. I don't know, what I made wrong, that something like that happens to me, but it happened. I must wait, do my job and see what happens in the future.

CHAPTER 3

In the third chapter of the novel Snakeman, Cathy drove home with the bus. After se arrived, her brother Mike asked her about her first day. She lied to him, and she said that everything was fine, except of one teacher. After that Mike told her about his first day, and he had the same problem like her, that one teacher who he doesn’t likes. After he ate his sandwich, Mike ran out to play Basketball. Cathy thought about, how fast her little brother is growing. She stood in the floor for a little while, than she waited for her mother. But after her mother arrived, she thought about that her mother got a new job, so he wanted to wait for a week and she don’t wants to stress her. At the end of the chapter Cathy sat in her room and she thought about, what she now does with her new enemy.

CHAPTER 4

In the fourth chapter of the novel "Snakeman", Cathy is for some weeks in the group already. She does the things she had to do, like giving the Snakeman the 5 dollars. But in this chapter, he asked her if he could get her necklace. The necklace was a gift from cathys mom for her birthday, so she don't wanted to give it away, but she gave. The Snakeman said that she has to respekt him and she has to cooperate with him. Later Jamie has called her, he asked her, if she had decided if she wants to work for the scholl newspaper. After she spoke and deskusied a little bit with her, she said that she would be there for one or two meetings, and than she wants to decide.

CHAPTER 5

In chapter 5 of "Snakeman" Cathy talked with her principal, Dr. Callahan. It was his last year at the Portland Hihg now, so his office was openned for everyone. Cathy thought that it would be good, to talk with a person, which has a which place in the school. In the talk with her principal, Cathy didn't even thought about to talk about the gang in the school, so they talked about what Dr. Callahan is doing after his time as a principal.

CHAPTER 6

In the sixt chapter of "Snakeman" Cathy realy wanted to tell someone about her problem, so he did a list with people she could trust, she could not trust and people she could definatly trust or not trust. She looked on the other pupils and the teachers, who went next to her. The first teacher on her list she could trust ist Mr. Black, so she went to his office and she sat down. After she sat down she told him a little bit about her old school and how she thinks the school was there and how it is here. After that, she said, that she has a little problem, but after that she didn't talked about the gang, she said that her necklace was stolen. After Mr. Black asked her, when does it hapenned, she said that it hapenned duryng phys ed. Mr. Black pressed some buttons on his Computer, and then he aked if there is something else, but she said no, so she didn't talked about the gang.

CHAPTER 7

In chapter 7 of "Snakeman" Cathytalked with her mother about the problem with the gang in the schoool. Shev told her that the Snakeman has taken her necklace and he was taking the money from other pupils. Her mother was shocked. Cathy also said that she talked with two other pupils, one junior and one freshman. They both had their problems with the Snakeman and the girl tol her that she told someone about the gang, and than she showed Cathy her marks on the back, after that the both told her, that the best thing is to do, what he wants. She said that she tried to fix the situation on her own and she tried it. She told her mother that the Snakeman knows people and other pupils and also teachers are on his side. Her mom asked her, if she allready told this situation to mike, she said no so her mom asked her if they would have to tell it him together, also she said no.

CHAPTER 8

In chapter 8 of "Snakeman" Cathy has worked for the school newspaper for a little while and she noticed that Jamie wanted to work near to her. After he asked if she wanted to go canoeing with him, she said yes and at at the next day, they went canoeing with the pickup which was the one from jamies dad, and on their way Jamie told Cathy some things about canoeing, because she was never canoing. On the river Jamie said that Cathy was pretty good at canoeing for her first time. After they came in a big storm, and survived, they searched their thing which fell out of the canoe after it was turned arround. After that Jamie caught some fish and he cooked this, so they had something to eat. AFter they ate something, the tickled each other and they had much fun. After a while they where canoeing on the river again and they have seen some interresting animals like beavers or racoons. After a while they have seen some moose which were standing in the water. After they took the canoes out of the water, they stood there for a while, and it felt like it was a very long time, and suddenly Jamie kissed her.

CHAPTER 9

In chapter 9 the Snakeman asked Cathy, if she wants to have a dragon tatooed on her arm. She noticed that he doesn't talks with her like before. He also asked her about choppers, and he asked her, if she wants to have a ride with him. Cathy don't wanted to have a ride, so she told him that she has to ask her mother first. In this chapter of te novel, Cathy noticed, that sthe Snakeman wants to be her boyfrend and she was scared about him.

CHAPTER 10

In this chapter of "Snakemen" Cathy was riding on a bike with the Snakeman. They went trough the forest and up a big mountaij. On the top of the mountain the Snakeman said some strange things, like they would be the most important people of the school and that she would need him. Cathy noticed Mr Black and the principal of her school standing a little bit far away. The Snakeman wants to kiss Cathy and he told her, that they would be together forever, but Cathy don't wanted to kiss him. After that moment, the Snakeman gut a giant, strange creature but he looked mostly like a snake. He grabbed her and he pushed her so strong, that she had no air to breathe. In the moment the Snakeman put Cathy in his mouth, she woke up and noticed, that everything was a bad dream.

CHAPTER 11

In this chapter of the novel Snakeman, Cathy told her real boyfriend Jamie everything about the Snakeman and she said that they have to public this problem, because he terrorises the intire school. They wanted to write an article about the Snakeman in "The Beacon", the school newspaper. But the publishing of these articles takes a long time, so they want to talk with the adviser, but the problem is, that he doesn't likes bad and negative articles like that. So they have to try their best.

CHAPTER 12

In this chapter Cathy and Jamie told the advisor of the school newspaper their situation and that they wanted to publish an article about the Snakeman as fast as they can. But after the situation was told, the advisor told them, that she don't wants to have an article like that in the newspaper. Cathy was shocked, because Jamie thaught about by himself and he told her, that this would be an teribble idea. Cathy felt alone, again, and she started to cry. She left the room angrily.

CHAPTER 13

In chapter 13 of the novel "Snakeman" Cathy spoke with Jamie about her "date" with the Snakeman. Jamie don't liked the clothes Cathy was weared for her date with the Snakeman, and he noticed the painted tattoo on her, he felt really upset about her. He also was upset because he thauhgt that Cathy was his girl. He wanted to know everything about the date and asked her some things. But Cathy told him, that she was upset too about him and Ms. Southerland. But Cathy also said, that the Snakeman isn't that bad goy everybody thinks, so she thinks that this information must be in the article for The Beacon.

CHAPTER 14

In this chapter of "Snakeman" Jamie told Cathy that he will publish a special version of The Beacon without the acceptoin of Ms. Southerland. Cathy was very happy abou that, but she dind't showed any reaction. They knew that they could lose teir place at the newspaper, and they could get suspended from the school for this action, but after they thaught about it, they knew tat they would do it.

CHAPTER 15

This chapter is writing about the team that Cathy and Jamie made, most of the people are people from The Beacon. Some peolpe are making sports and they are their bodyguards, and everybode of the team knows, that the situation won't be good. After the bell rang, they started to sell the newspaper, each stand with a bodyguard and a member of the newspaper. After the second bell rang, every edition of this newspaper was sold. Later, when Cathy and Jamie were in their class, the were wanted in the principal office. They knew that something will happen, but they still were a little bit scarried.

CHAPTER 16

In this chapter of "Snakeman" Cathy and Jamie are talking in the office of Dr. Callahan. They are talking with Dr. Callahan and Ms. Southerland which were looking very angrily at the beginning. Dr. Callahan was shouting at Jamie and asked him, why there is a special edition of The Beacon. A little bit later the mayor came in, and he was smiling. He said that he already knew waht is going on at the school, and he knows that there is an gang at the school too, and all that, before this edition of The Beacon came out. He said that he knew it was a mistake to do nothing and now he sees what happened. After he said that he wants to do something against it, Ms. Southerland said that she only wanted to let the people read good things about the Portland High. Now she wants to have some bad things in the newspaper too. Cathy and Jamie understood they both and they forgave them. The mayor wanted to have a press conference with they both to expell the gang from the school, and the both have to tell the police every information they have. They all started to practice what they wanted to say to the press.

CHAPTER 17

This is the last chapter of the novel "Snakeman". This chapter mostly handels with the Snakeman (Gordon) it self. Gordon left the city, so the police couldn't find him. Much peolpe are happy that he is gone, Cathy is one of the happiest persons. Cathys mother had the idea that she could make a group with all the people, hwo had a problem with the Snakeman and they could tell their experience to the others. Cathy started the group and some people told their fear to the other pupils. Cathy was the only person, who had the fear, that the Snakeman would return to the school. But Cathys fear has been gone after Ophir gave her a newspaper article at the party of the group. This article writes about what happenned with the Snakeman. After the police had seen that he was selling drugs to a children, and after he has seen the police, he took a gun and started to shoot at the officers. After an officer shot him at his body twice, he died in the hospital. Cathy and the other pupils were shoked, but they also were happy that the terror had completely stopped.
